1. Date Range Mismatch – Ensure that the date range selected in BigAtom matches the date range in GA4 for the product being compared.
2. Data Aggregation Differences – BigAtom pulls page views at the parent product level from GA4. If a product has multiple variants, we consolidate variant-level data under the parent product. If you're comparing a single variant’s data in GA4 against the consolidated parent product data in BigAtom, numbers may differ.
3. Incomplete Data Sync – Check day-on-day data in BigAtom to confirm data is pulled consistently. In rare cases, data may not be retrieved on certain days due to temporary errors, which can cause lower reported numbers.
