Introducing the New BigAtom Navigation & Suite Structure!

We’ve reorganised the BigAtom platform to make feature discovery easier, improve usability, and give clearer visibility into everything you can do inside the platform.

Nothing has been removed.
We’ve simply repackaged and structured capabilities into focused Suites.


What Has Changed?

The sidebar is now organised into 4 major Suites:

  1. PPM Suite

  2. Omni Suite

  3. Creative Automation

  4. AI Suite

Plus a dedicated Campaigns section.


PPM Suite – Product Performance Management

All product-level intelligence now lives under the PPM Suite.

Inside PPM:

1. Product Analytics

Access:

  • Default Reports

  • Custom Reports

  • Pinned Reports

Analyse Meta, Google, GA4 and backend performance at product level.


2. Segments

Create dynamic product sets/groups for:

  • Meta

  • Google

Use rule-based logic to build scalable exclusion or scaling strategies.


3. Product Stoploss

Configure automated stop-loss exclusion rules based on:

  • ROAS

  • Spend

  • Revenue

  • Time windows

Reduce inefficient spend automatically.


4. Core Size Configuration

Define how products are considered:

  • In Stock

  • Out of Stock

Based on:

  • Variant availability

  • Custom stock thresholds

  • Core size logic

Protect revenue from broken-size leakage.


Omni Suite – Omnichannel Intelligence

This suite helps you understand full business impact beyond ad platform ROAS.

Inside Omni:

1. Store Report

Compare:

  • Meta Store data

  • Backend revenue

  • Bill volume

Get a consolidated store-level performance view.


2. Media Mix

Analyse:

  • Online → Offline ROAS

  • Offline → Online ROAS

Understand halo effects and blended impact of campaigns.


Creative Automation

(Previously: Catalog Templates)

This module has been expanded.

Now includes:

  • Creative overlays

Centralised creative intelligence for performance ads.


AI Suite

Includes:
