When an overlay is first created, it may temporarily display “0 Products” while the application is in progress. It usually takes 3–4 hours for the correct product count to update.
If the count is still “0” after 3–4 hours, verify whether any filters have been applied:
Go to Catalog Templates in the sidebar.
Edit the relevant overlay.
Open View Rules and check if any rule is restricting product selection.
Validate whether the catalog products actually meet the conditions you configured.
If not, update the rule and save.
If the filters are correct and products still do not appear, contact support.
If no filters are added and the count remains “0,” contact support.
2. Overlay Shows “n Products,” But Not Visible in Ads
