Product groups typically take a few hours to appear in Google Ads. We send updates to the Google Merchant Center (GMC) every hour whenever changes are made to the product groups. However, the data may not immediately show up in Google Ads, as it depends on the fetch frequency set in the GMC.
To troubleshoot this issue, try the following:
Verify if the product groups are mapped to any custom labels after they are created.
Manually refresh the feed in the GMC about an hour after the product groups are created.
If these troubleshooting steps are followed correctly, the new product groups should appear in Google Ads under the corresponding custom labels within 3 to 4 hours.
