Product Analytics offers a unified view of data from multiple sources, including Meta, Google, GA4, and the website backend. Users can group this data at different levels, such as:
Product
Category
Brand
Color
Size
Custom Grouping (based on user-defined parameters)
Additionally, filters can be applied to extract relevant insights based on specific needs.
Grouping & Filtering in Product Analytics
Users can group and filter data based on different attributes to analyze performance at various levels, including:
Product Name
Category (L1, L2, L3)
Brand
Color
Size
Previously, grouping selections were available under the "Product Name" dropdown. Now, this functionality has been moved to the "Analyze By" section, located at the top left of the interface. The available grouping options—Product, Category, Brand, Color, and Size —remain unchanged, ensuring a smooth transition without affecting analytical capabilities.
Adding & Removing Groupings
Click the "+" icon (highlighted in purple) next to the Product Name column to add multiple groupings.
Click the "X" next to any grouped field to remove it.
You can also remove groupings directly from the filter summary chips by clicking the X in the right.
This flexibility allows users to customize the analytics dashboard and refine their data visualization as needed.
Customizing Columns for Reports
Users can click on the column icon (next to the download icon) to select the specific fields/columns they want in their reports.
Standard Report Views Available
Default View → Displays key performance marketing columns.
Funnel View → Shows GA4 funnel data, including product page views, add-to-cart rates, purchases, and value metrics.
Inventory View → Provides a comprehensive inventory overview, including total quantity, value, active products, in-stock products, and discounted products.
Orders View → Displays key performance metrics such as Total Revenue, Total Catalog Spends, and Blended ROAS.
Customizing & Reordering Columns
Add more columns using the Columns option.
Reorder columns by dragging them within the selection panel.
Click Apply, and your custom column selection will be reflected in the report.
Saved Views in "My Collection"
Any previously saved views will be available under "My Collection" in the column selection popup, allowing for quick access to customized reports.

Predefined Reports
We’ve created predefined reports to streamline product and category analysis:
All Products → Displays all product-level data.
Top Categories → Shows categories with above-average product page views and conversion rates, grouped by category.
Lagging Categories → Shows categories with below-average product page views and conversion rates, grouped by category.
Top Products → Lists products with above-average product page views and conversion rates, grouped by product.
Lagging Products → Lists products with below-average product page views and conversion rates, grouped by product.
Saving & Managing Custom Reports
Save a report (including filters & date range) as default by clicking "Save as Report"
Saved reports will appear under "My Reports" in the sidebar. The sidebar can be collapsed or expanded using the arrow icon.
Favorites & Deleting Reports

Click the three dots beside a report name in "My Reports" and select "Favourite"

Updating an existing report
To modify an existing report, open the report, make the necessary edits, and click "Update Report" to save the changes. Alternatively, you can choose "Save as New Report", assign it a name, and access it later from your saved reports.
This feature ensures quick access to frequently used reports, improving efficiency and decision-making.
Quadrant View in Chart
The Quadrant View has now been moved under the Chart View. When you switch to the chart mode, an auto-generated quadrant will appear based on the average Total Catalog Spend and Blended ROAS for the last 30 days.
Customizing the Quadrant View
You can adjust the metrics as per your requirements.
Select the X-Axis and Y-Axis metrics from the dropdown to analyze different performance indicators.
To filter products for a more focused quadrant analysis, click the Filters button and apply relevant metric or attribute filters.
This view helps in segmenting products into four categories:
Best Performers (High Spend & High ROAS)
High Growth Potential (Low Spend & High ROAS)
Low Visibility (Low Spend & Low ROAS)
Poor Performers (High Spend & Low ROAS)
Use this feature to optimize your ad spends and product performance efficiently!
Filters, Date Range & Report Download
The functionality for Filters, Date Range, and Report Downloads remains unchanged. Users can:
Apply attribute and metric filters to refine data.
Adjust the date range to analyze performance over specific periods.
Download reports based on their selected filters and timeframe.
Product Set & Product Group Creation
Users can still create Product Sets or Product Groups directly from the analytics page, ensuring a seamless workflow for managing and analyzing product performance.
With these enhancements, Product Analytics provides a more intuitive, customizable, and data-driven approach to performance analysis, helping users make informed decisions with ease.
