Step by Step Onboarding Guide

Step-by-step guide to seamlessly onboarding your brand or agency on AdYogi and integrating key assets for optimized ad performance

Step 1: Sign Up

  1. Visit app.bigatom.ai and click on Sign Up.

  2. Enter your work email and create a password.

  3. Accept the terms and conditions, then click Sign In.

Step 2: Choose Your Account Type

  • You will be prompted to choose between:

    • Brand – If you are onboarding as a single brand.

    • Agency – If you are an agency managing multiple brands.

  • If you select Agency, enter your agency details and click Continue.

  • After this, proceed to onboard your first brand.

  • If you select Brand, add brand details.

Step 3: Connect Your Assets on Bigatom

Once your brand is onboarded, you'll be redirected to the Bigatom platform to set up your integrations.

3.1 Connect Meta Accounts

  1. On the Setup Connectors page, connect your Meta account that has access to the relevant Ad Account.

  2. After connecting the Ad Account, click on Connect Catalog.

  3. Click on Create Catalog, then click Connect under the Actions section.

3.2 Connect Google Accounts

  1. Connect your Google account that has access to:

    • Google Ads

    • Google Merchant Center

    • Google Analytics 4 (GA4)

  2. If these are on different accounts, you can switch accounts at the bottom to select the correct one.

  3. While connecting GA4, ensure you select the correct Property ID along with the account.

Step 4: Connect Your Store

BigAtom supports multiple eCommerce platforms. Follow the relevant steps below based on your store type:

4.1 Shopify

  • Enter your Shopify store name in the designated field and click Connect Shopify Store.

4.2 Magento

4.3 WooCommerce

4.4 Custom-Built Stores

You can integrate custom-built stores using one of the following methods:

  1. One-Time CSV Upload

  2. Custom API Integration

    • Provide a live API link that updates automatically with changes on your website.

    • Define the catalog fetch frequency (1–8 times per day).

Step 5: Map Fields & Apply Filters

  1. Map product data fields from your client CSV to the BigAtom catalog fields.

  2. If needed, apply filters to include only specific products in the BigAtom catalog.

Step 6: Onboarding Complete!

Your setup is now complete, and your BigAtom account is ready for use! πŸš€
