Access the BigAtom platform and click on Product Stoploss from the left panel.
2. Click on Add Rule.
3. Add Exclusion details - Apply the relevant filters. You can use a combination of relevant metrics and dimensions available from Meta, Google, GA4 and website backend.
4. You can set the duration for which the data should be considered.
5. Click on Apply.
6. The entire list of products satisfying the criteria will come in the lower screen.
7. Now, add the Inclusion Details. This is to include the excluded products back to the catalog if it starts picking up well organically as per the condition you define in the Inclusion rule.
8. Apply the relevant filters. You can use a combination of relevant metrics and dimensions available from Meta, Google, GA4 and website backend.
9. Give a descriptive name to the rule.
10. You can specify how much percentage of the entire catalog can be impacted by the rule, it can be 10%, 20% or more as per the brand’s requirement. After this limit is reached, products won’t be excluded from the catalog.
11. Now, set the frequency of running the stoploss from here. It can be daily, weekly, bi-weekly, or Custom.
12. You can choose if you want to exclude the products in just Meta or just Google and uncheck the box where exclusion should not happen.
13. Once the rules are set up, click on Create Product Stoploss rule showing on the top right corner of the screen.

Once the rule gets created, it will show like this on the screen.
In order to pause a rule, you can simply switch the toggle for the rule off. You can resume the rule by switching the toggle on.
You can edit the rule by clicking on the Edit (pencil icon) and make the necessary changes to the rule.
Click on this clock icon to check the logs for the excluded/included products.
Logs will give you all the information regarding when did the exclusion/inclusion happen, the rule and metrics that led to the inclusion/exclusion, potential ad spends saved, details of the user who applied stoploss and on which channel (Meta/Google) did the exclusion happen.
